Will Lennox Lewis Make A Comeback?

There are rumors flying around that Lennox Lewis is preparing to come out of his retirement. However, it seems that senior boxing figures are keeping their mouths shut and are avoiding the subject. Bob Arum, the promoter, stated that Lennox, now 41, is training again and talking with Vitali Klitschko. Lennox defeated Vitali in 2003 in his last fight before his retirement.

Equality Come To Wimbledon

Finally the time has come in Tennis for everyone to get what they deserve. After many years of holding out against equal prize money, Wimbledon has finally conceeded to public pressure and has agreed to pay female players as much as male players at the world’s most prestigious tennis tournament. The All England Club fell in line with other Grand Slam events and offered equal pay through all rounds at this year’s up and coming tournament.

‘Flying Finn’ Wins Special Victory

Mikko Ilonen fired a closing-round 70 to claim his victory in the weather-interrupted Enjoy Jakarta Astro Indonesia Open, becoming the first Finn to win on the European Tour. The 27-year-old carded a nine-under-par 275 total at Damai Indah Golf and Country Club to finish one stroke ahead of the second-placed trio of Frankie Minoza of the Philippines (71), Shiv Kapur of India (67) and Andrew Tampion of Australia (69).

Will The English Finally Land On Top Again?

It’s been seven long and grueling years since United did the treble, and two since Liverpool’s stunning Champions League fightback against AC Milan in Turkey. Now England’s big four are ready to go in for the big one again.

English clubs have won only two of the last 22 European cups, which is not great news for the supposed ‘best league in the world’. However, recently they have seen an improvement, with Liverpool winning on that famous night in Istanbul and Arsenal grinding their way to the final last year.

The longer boundary lines are sidelines, while the shorter boundary lines are end lines. Near each end of the field is a goal line; they are 100 yards (91.4 m) apart. A scoring area called an end zone extends 10 yards (9.1 m) beyond each goal line to each end line.
